of the Late Naomi Yeboah · 1963 – 2026

Naomi Yeboah was born on 26th September 1963 at Ahinsan in Kumasi to Nelson Dzroh and Felicia Serwaa Dzroh of blessed memory. She was the 6th of 9 children born to the couple.

She started school at age 6 and attended Ahinsan L.A. School from 1969 to 1979.

Having been raised in a family that served Jehovah, Naomi grew up learning Bible truths from a young age. On 8th August 1980, she symbolized her dedication to Jehovah through water baptism as one of Jehovah's witnesses.

The following year, her sister brought her to Accra, where she trained as a seamstress. After her training, she began serving as a Regular Pioneer while working as a seamstress.

On 24th October 1986, she married Justice Obiri Yeboah. In 1989, the family moved to Esaase Bontefufuo, where her husband worked in the mining industry. There, Naomi opened a large tailoring shop, designing and sewing dresses whiles also training many apprentices in the craft.

The family returned to Kumasi in 2000, where Naomi continued working as a seamstress and later resumed regular pioneering.

Naomi's home was always open. Circuit overseers, friends and relatives who visited never left without a warm meal and a place to rest and many still speak of her generosity.

In 2005, they moved to Nungua in Accra, where she ran a shop selling school bags and fashion bags while continuing to serve as a Regular Pioneer. By 2013, the family had settled at Teiman, where she sold alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, still serving faithfully in the same capacity.

In all, Naomi served as a Regular Pioneer for 17 years, right up until 18th June 2026, when she passed away. She is survived by her husband, Justice Obiri Yeboah, their two children, Anita Agbodzalu and Justice Asamoah Yeboah, both of whom are married and continue serving Jehovah wholeheartedly and four grandchildren.
